12 Months, Specific Purpose, Whole-Time Post Position Summary The Research Support Officer (Research Administrator) will hold a key position in the running of the day to day administrative functions of the Centre, assisting the research teams and advising principal investigators and academics on the navigation and implementation of the various HR related processes such as staff and student recruitment and retention, procurement of product and services, including travel within specific projects, ensuring compliance with budget and with funder, UCC and relevant national polices. The position will assist staff in onboarding / offboarding and ensuring compliance with all training needs requirements. The individual will also have duties which include metric and KPI collection and curation in various systems. Executive Assistants with relevant experience are welcome to apply. The position thus involves a multifaceted engagement with diverse administrative, financial, and collaborative responsibilities across various levels of operation and across multiple universities in Ireland.
