What We're Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated individual to help deliver the best care and education for young children.

You will be working in a friendly and supportive team environment where children's well-being and development are our priority.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality childcare and early education in line with Aistear and Siolta frameworks.

Plan and implement age-appropriate and stimulating activities that support children's development.

Follow all TUSLA regulations and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.

Be naturally warm and respectful towards children, fostering a nurturing environment.

Collaborate with a team of educators and be able to work independently when required.

Requirements :

Minimum FETAC Level 5 in Childcare (or equivalent international qualification).

A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their needs.

Knowledge of Aistear and Siolta is an advantage.

A strong commitment to health and safety awareness.

Previous experience in delivering age-appropriate curriculum in early years settings.

Ability to work well within a team and also demonstrate initiative.

Personal Attributes :

Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be an effective communicator.

A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
