We need a highly organised and empathetic individual who can thrive in a fastpaced environment and provide exceptional support to our patients and clinical staff.
What You'll Be Doing You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, managing everything from initial inquiries to scheduling appointments.
Your main responsibilities will include : Handling patient questions and concerns via phone and email.
Coordinating with the clinical team to address patient needs.
Processing and maintaining patient medical records and electronic files.
Booking, confirming, and managing patient appointments via phone, email, or SMS.
Managing reception duties, including taking payments and issuing receipts.
Performing general administrative tasks like scanning reports and correspondence.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a reliable, motivated individual with a strong sense of discretion and a patientfirst approach.
You should be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of our administrative team.
Essential Requirements : Proven administrative experience in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong IT proficiency, with expertise in the MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn new electronic systems.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with an excellent telephone manner.
The ability to manage patient needs with empathy and discretion.
Desirable Experience : Prior experience working with electronic patient record systems.
Experience handling confidential information.
