We are pleased to announce that we have launched our latest recruitment campaign for Heston Airlines in their search for A320 Captains.

Heston Airlines is a newly established European carrier, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. A member of the Heston Aviation Group, a consolidated group of companies focused on aviation assets leasing, trading, maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The airline operates sixteen Airbus A320 aircrafts, providing short and long-term services worldwide.

On offer is a long-term contract with minimum guaranteed monthly fees.

Role Requirements :

Right to live and work in the EU

Must be able to start from November 2025 onwards

EASA ATPL with A320, IR / PBN ratings

3000 minimum on multi pilot aircraft

1000 minimum PIC hours on A320

Must be current and recent on A320, ideally within 6 months

ELP 4+

Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED requirements

Telephone interview by AeroProfessional

Technical Assessment A320 / ATPL online – 50mins

Online I / V – HR / FOPs

x2 Online Psychological test (max 2 hours)

SIM check – location EU, depending on availability. Flights and accommodation provided.
