React Front - End Developer - Remote Contract role (Need to be based in Ireland)

12-month contract

Your new company

Our client is the next-generation platform designer that helps users solve complex business challenges using advanced multi-agent AI technology.

Your new role

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement dynamic, user-facing web application features using modern frontend technologies.
Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs (via REST and Websockets) to enable real-time data updates, including support for interactive interfaces such as chat.
Translate design concepts and functional requirements into responsive, accessible, and interactive web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Leverage emerging AI-based development tools to streamline the creation and refinement of web components.
Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility for all web interfaces.
Optimise frontend performance by refining scripts, compressing assets, and minimising resource loads.
Maintain high standards for code quality, accessibility, and UI consistency throughout the development lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

Technical Skills :

Frontend Development : Proficient in building responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, integrating data through REST APIs and WebSocket-based streams.

Backend Communication : Skilled in handling asynchronous REST API interactions and real-time event processing via WebSockets.

Teamwork and Workflow :

Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small, focused development team.

Flexibility : Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with evolving project requirements.

Agile Participation : Active engagement in agile workflows, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

Innovation and Technology Adoption :

Interest in Emerging Tech : Strong enthusiasm for staying up to date with cutting-edge technologies, particularly within the AI domain.

AI Tools Familiarity : Open to adopting AI-enhanced development tools that support code generation, debugging, and productivity improvements.

Experience Level :

Typically suited for individuals with 4–6+ years of hands-on development experience, who are adaptable and open to new methodologies and tools.

What you'll get in return

Fully remote role, need to be based in Ireland.

500-550 per day (depending on experience)

Currently living in Ireland

Currently holding an EEA passport or valid Stamp 4 / 1G visa. (If holding a visa, you must currently have a physical visa card and the visa must be valid for the duration of the contract).

Immediate starter (if possible).
