Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency in frame replacement procedures.

Custodian of the outlined SOP processes to ensure operational consistency and first-time fix.

Highlight improvement areas and implement solutions to streamline operations.

Always ensure complete compliance with the manufacturer's quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

Extensive mechanical experience, preferably in an automotive production environment, with experience in lean manufacturing practices.

Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.

Ability to be a team player, when required to lead from the front in achieving process efficiency goals.

Own tools required, Tool Purchase Scheme in place

Full driving license

Qualifications

10+ years in preferably an automotive production (or) similar mechanical environment.

Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Process Improvement is highly desirable.

Skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to process optimization.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
