We are currently recruiting a Site Administrator for a residential project in Clonmagadden, Navan.
Key responsibilities and duties
Manage the day to day running of the site office
General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising
Conduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and assisting sub-contractors with queries
Liaise with Procurement department
Manage anomalies and cost the hours in TAG in a timely fashion, ensuring they are clear ahead of payroll every two weeks
Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
Must have a third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction / Civil Engineering / Building Surveying or other related area
Relevant experience in a civil engineering or construction role
Full understanding of Building Control Regulations and Code of Practice
Full understanding of construction sequence of works
Technically strong with excellent communication skills
