We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in Dublin for a Lawyer to join their Structured Finance team.

The Role : The successful candidate will join a market-leading Structured Finance team, advising on a wide range of complex and high-value transactions across the finance sector.

The role includes advising Irish and international banks, private equity and hedge funds.

The candidate will advise on a range of structured finance matters including securitisations, fund finance, and credit transactions.

The individual will also keep track of regulatory changes within the area.

0-3 years' PQE; Structured finance background; Excellent academics; Strong team player; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Technically excellent.
