We're looking for an Executive Producer who will take the company to the next level by making key decisions on how to further develop our global hits and by helping us create new games. Our producers solve the most complex product tasks and face unprecedented challenges.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more .

Tasks

Participating in the formation of the company's product strategy

Writing concepts for new projects and monitoring their implementation

Working closely with analysts, cooperating and sharing best practices with all product teams

Supporting the professional development of project producers

Requirements

Experience creating new games or operating existing ones as a producer

Game savvy, knowledge of the gaming market

Strong expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and formation of short- and long-term product goals

Fluency in Russian
