Support Worker

An exciting opportunity awaits for an individual to provide support in North Wicklow! The ideal candidate should possess a blend of confidence, creativity, humor, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in assisting the individual in exploring personal interests and fostering independence is essential.

The following are essential requirements for the position :

• Relevant experience in individualised ways of working, through a rights-based lens
• Ability to discover the individual's abilities and interests in order to support him to develop and sustain positive social valued roles within his community.
• Ability to offer supports in a creative, innovative, flexible and person-centred way.
• A willingness to be flexible with working hours, based on support requirements.
• full clean dirvers licence desirable

This engaging position involves one-on-one collaboration for approximately 20 hours per week, offering some degree of flexibility.
