About the Role We are seeking an experienced Civils Contracts Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering projects across Leinster. The successful candidate will provide senior leadership, commercial oversight, and strategic direction to project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts under Public Works, NEC, or similar frameworks.
- Provide senior oversight across multiple civils projects (roads, utilities, earthworks, site development, water services).
- Lead commercial management, cost control, valuations, and variations.
- Ensure compliance with Irish health & safety legislation and project quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and subcontractors.
- Support Project Managers and site teams to deliver projects to programme and budget.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk updates, and KPIs to senior management.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.5+ years’ experience in civil engineering with at least 3–5 years in a senior PM / Contracts Manager role.Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record delivering civil engineering works in Ireland.What We Offer
