Work in a manufacturing facility equipped with state-of-the-art plastic injection molding machines and automation equipment.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in Dublin.

About Your New Job as a Automation Technician You will be responsible for : Supporting the development of new and existing technology to improve production lines, quality, profitability, and safety.

Planning, scheduling, and executing projects while communicating project status to targeted timelines.

Managing and assisting in facility expansion and modifications.

Troubleshooting and repairing all automation, ensuring machine safeties, and maintaining quality finished products.

Developing and maintaining required validation and project management documents.

Interfacing daily with the engineering manager and shift support staff, and participating in routine project reviews.

What Skills You Need as an Automation Technician Associate's Degree in a relevant Engineering subject required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years in the medical device industry or other regulated industry required; experience in supporting technical project management preferred.

Familiarity with quality systems requirements, FDA Quality System Regulation, cGMP, and relevant ISO standards.

Ability to exert up to 20lbs / 9kg of force frequently, and transport oneself within the facility.
