Management Accountant Dublin 2 ( Hybrid)

Management Accountant Dublin (Hybrid) Were seeking a Management Accountant to join a growing Dublin-based financial advisory and outsourcing firm that partners with companies to deliver a full finance function support.

In this role, youll be responsible for producing high-quality management accounts, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial insights for clients always ensuring deadlines are met.

Youll also lead a small client delivery team, collaborate with both colleagues and clients, and present financial performance in a way thats clear and engaging for non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities : Preparation of management accounts and financial reports Budgeting and cash flow forecasting Tax compliance (Corporation Tax & VAT) Supporting external audits Leading and supporting a small client delivery team About You : Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or ACA) Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience Strong management accounting skills and client-facing experience Advanced Excel skills; experience with Sage, Xero, or Accounts IQ an advantage Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure Strong communicator who enjoys both independent and collaborative work Why Join?
