As a Social Care Leader

you will play a leading role in supporting your team to ensure the house runs smoothly in its day to day operations.

You will assist in the building of individual care plans, ensuring child-centred care is at the core of everything you do.

Requirements :

Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent

Full drivers licence and access to own transport

2 years experience of working at social care grade with children / young persons

Experience leading teams and working in therapeutic care models

Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts
