Technical Manager

Were are recruiting for an experienced Technical Manager to join a leadership team. If you're passionate about food safety, quality management and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain food safety and quality systems, including : HACCP programs Food safety training Product inspections SOPs and work instructions Internal audits and compliance checks Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, BRC) and company policies Lead regular audits and inspections to uphold internal and external standards Support health, safety, and hygiene practices across the site Help train and develop staff to maintain high standards Manage customer relationships and respond to quality concerns effectively Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence Skills & Experience : Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field Proven experience in food industry quality management Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, BRC) On Offer : €60k - €70k depending on previous experience, Annual KPI Bonus.
