Job Summary : We are hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of high-tech data centre construction projects across Sweden. This role is ideally suited to candidates currently based in Ireland with a strong background in electrical supervision on large-scale data centre builds or mission-critical environments.

You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with project design, safety standards, and delivery timelines. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading international contractor or engineering consultancy with major European infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors and direct labour.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all electrical installations meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Interpret design drawings and ensure works comply with IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation.
• Liaise daily with the Project Manager, MEP lead, QA / QC, and HSE teams.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site briefings, and method statement reviews.
• Ensure testing and commissioning of electrical systems are completed on schedule.
• Maintain daily site records, work permits, and progress tracking tools.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Participate in walkdowns, punch-listing, and handover documentation.
