This role offers a great opportunity for an ambitious professional to broaden their experience across multiple areas of risk while working closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities Support senior leadership in maintaining and developing the enterprise risk management framework. Review and update risk management policies and procedures across key risk categories. Contribute to the identification, assessment, and reporting of emerging and strategic risks. Play an active role in cross-functional initiatives, including ESG and data-quality projects. Deliver high-quality risk reports and insights for management and governance committees. Promote a strong risk culture and effective communication across teams. Manage and mentor team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Requirements Strong understanding of risk management and corporate governance principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders. Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities. Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline (Risk, Finance, Actuarial, Engineering, etc.). Professional certification or near-qualified actuary advantageous.
