Department Manager – North Dublin
Excel Recruitment is excited to announce we are seeking a Department Manager for our client, an award-winning grocery retailer located in North Dublin.
Salary : €40k – €45k plus bonus, staff discount & pension

Responsibilities :
- Striving for the highest possible growth in sales and performance
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve and grow your department
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order on the shop floor at all times
- Delegating and prioritising tasks
- Supporting senior staff members to ensure the smooth running of the store
- Managing the rosters on the shop floor
