Mechanical Maintenance Technician

• Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, pumps, and other building services equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Reactive Repairs: Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs to minimise downtime.
• System Monitoring: Monitor and adjust mechanical systems to maintain environmental conditions and energy efficiency across client sites.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements, including documentation and reporting.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience working with AHUS, PPMS, FCUs is essential.
• RGI Cert or F-Gas Cert is an advantage.
