The Role Supporting individuals with varying forms of intellectual disability and complex health needs with their activities of daily living Promoting the independence of each service user to support them with achieving their goals Implementing person-centred planning, dependent on the needs of each individual Requirements QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, or equivalent Job Offer & Benefits Full, time permanent 39-hour contract Competitive salary (HSE Payscales) Generous annual leave days Our client takes pride in their shared passion for empowering individuals with a disability and supporting their journey to reach their highest potential and achieve their goals.
