Project Manager – Drive Success in eCommerce at Luzern eCommerce

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in onboarding new clients and delivering successful marketplace and webstore launches. This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll coordinate timelines, manage integrations, and act as the primary point of contact to ensure our clients have a seamless start with Luzern eCommerce.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Onboarding : Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off through to go-live.
• Marketplace & Store Launches : Coordinate new launches across multiple marketplaces, branded webstores, and other key platforms.
• System Integrations : Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, CMS and payment systems, working closely with technical teams.
• Client Communication : Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
• Project Coordination : Maintain project plans, track milestones, flag risks early, and resolve blockers quickly.
• Cross-Functional Management : Drive seamless communication between engineering, sales, account management, operations, customer service, and finance teams.
• Handover : Ensure smooth transition of clients to the account management team post-launch
• Scalable Processes : Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks with reusability at their core.
• Continuous Improvement : Conduct cost analyses, execute project reviews, and enhance processes to optimize efficiency.
