Business Analyst - SAP & Supply Chain

SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst Location : Galway (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 remote) Type : Permanent Salary : €70,000 - €80,000 base + benefits The Role An opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical leader during a major digital transformation. As the SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst, you'll act as the critical link between Supply Chain operations and IT - driving ERP delivery, process optimisation, and data governance across procurement, logistics, and planning. Key Focus Partner with business teams to define, document, and deliver SAP S / 4HANA solutions that enhance supply chain performance Lead process analysis and improvement across ERP, data migration, and integration streams Support data cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives pre- and post-migration Act as key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners Manage smaller projects independently, supporting design, testing, and adoption of new tools and processes Champion continuous improvement and scalable digital practices across the business Requirements 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar supply chain systems role SAP S / 4HANA (or equivalent ERP) implementation experience essential Strong knowledge of supply chain processes - procurement, planning, inventory, logistics Confident working across both business and technical domains Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills Degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline Experience in pharma / life sciences and knowledge of GxP or validation frameworks desirable Benefits €70,000 - €80,000 base + bonus Hybrid working Involvement in a high-impact SAP transformation Career development in a global pharma environment Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
