Key responsibilities

• leading and inspiring a team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI benchmarks
• Delivering a personalised, premium customer experience aligned with Lacoste’s global brand standards, and taking full ownership of store
• Operations including stock flow, back-of-house organisation, visual merchandising, scheduling, and compliance.
• You will actively recruit, train, coach, and retain top talent while building a culture of development, feedback, and progression.
• Using commercial data, you will analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, UPT, ATV, and CRM opt-ins.
• As Store Manager, you will also represent the Lacoste brand both in-store and within the wider outlet village community.
