Assistant Manager

Location : Co. Tipperary Salary : €32,000 - €34,000 The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established sports retail brand in Clonmel. This position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic store environment, support the Store Manager, and lead a motivated team. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day store operations in partnership with the Store Manager Drive sales performance and ensure excellent customer service standards Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance management Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock control, and store presentation Take responsibility for the store when required in the absence of the Store Manager About You Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail environment Passionate about customer service and retail operations Strong people management and leadership skills Commercially focused with an ability to meet and exceed targets Organised, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting Full visa to work in Ireland full time Why This Role?
