The Role As a GWO Instructor & Course Developer, youll do far more than teachyoull help design the future of safety and skills training. Deliver GWO-approved courses such as Working at Heights, Fire Awareness, First Aid, and more. Create and develop engaging course content that blends practical know-how with cutting-edge training methods. Innovate and improve courses across GWO, OPITO, and other maritime programmes to keep them fresh and industry-leading. Lead by example on safety, quality, and sustainability every day. What Were Looking For Must-haves : Natural communication and presentation skillsyou enjoy leading a class and making complex things clear. A flair for teaching and course development. A strong commitment to safety and quality. Nice-to-haves (but not essential) : GWO Instructor certification. Experience in offshore or onshore wind, maritime, or renewables. Auditing or quality management know-how (ISO, GWO, OPITO). First aid or health & safety qualifications.
