At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Office Assistant to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Assistant to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Responsibilities :
- Compiling BCAR documentation.
- Supporting tendering and procurement.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets.
- Assist with interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
- Assist with contract administration and tracking.
- Support the preparation and implementation of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and COSHH assessments.
- Assist in conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Carry out basic site inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain health & safety documentation.
Requirements :
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Willingness to spend time both in the office and on site.Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a teamCareer progression towards Quantity Surveyor, Health & Safety Advisor, or Project Management roles.Exposure to a wide range of construction projects.What’s next
