Recruit Net International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas, We are Hiring Staff Nurse / Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Oncology / Palliative Carefor our Hospital client in Dublin.

Responsibilities The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.

Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients' care.

Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.

It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.

Assists with patient care as needed.

Requirements Possess 14 years of post-registration experience in an acute care setting in oncology.

Hold a valid NMBI PIN and be registered in the General Division of the NMBI Register of Nurses.

Have a minimum of one year of management experience in a healthcare setting.(CNM) Hold a recognized nursing degree or possess equivalent relevant experience.

Have completed a management training course or certification.(CNM) Demonstrate strong clinical competence and professional aptitude.

Be proficient in IT systems and confident using all relevant healthcare software.(CNM) Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both staff and patients.

Be highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to work independently.

Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Exhibit the capacity to collaborate and engage with staff at all organizational levels.
