Overview

My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects.

This is a critical role that will drive the successful delivery of a company-wide transformation project.

Key to success in the role will be strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills, capable of delivering the successful implementation of a new HR System across multiple European sites.

This is a highly visible role requiring excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and track project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for a SuccessFactors implementation, from initial planning and strategy through to delivery and ongoing support.

Coordinate and oversee the delivery partner, ensuring deliverables are documented and agreed and meet business objectives to quality standards and timelines.

Engage with senior stakeholders up to and including Executive Management and external support to align project objectives and resolve issues proactively.

Establish and maintain governance structures, project reporting, and risk management frameworks.

Ensure effective change management, communication, and training plans are in place to support successful adoption.

Manage project resources and dependencies, escalating risks and issues where required.

Drive continuous improvement, embedding lessons learned into future projects, whilst championing change.

Establish and enhance processes, including standardised project planning templates, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.

Own the weekly reporting cadence to leadership, project risks, resource capacity, utilisation rates and business satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience, within a commercial environment, delivering any HR system project (end-to-end lifecycle management).

Strong project management skills across planning, execution, and post-go-live support.

Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and complex multi-stakeholder environments to deliver on business objectives.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Solid understanding of IT + HR systems and processes, particularly HR solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks effectively.

Relevant project management qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, or equivalent).
