The Role As Floor Manager, you will : Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the store.

Support the Assistant Manager & Store Management team in daily operations, including back-of-house and running the store when required.

Ensure smooth stock management, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Create a positive, inclusive culture where your team feels supported, inspired, and engaged.

Drive sales performance and deliver results through effective planning, communication, and hands-on leadership.

Problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping the team aligned and focused.

About You We are looking for a proven retail leader who can bring energy, resilience, and commercial awareness to the role.

You will be : Experienced in managing and motivating teams within a retail environment.

Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering a fantastic in-store experience.

Commercially savvy, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive results.

Calm and approachable under pressure, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Confident in handling people management, performance, and day-to-day challenges.

Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
