Overseeing health & safety in conjunction with the EHS Officerincluding SPAs, records, the Health & Safety file, and compliance. Managing and monitoring electrical installations and installations of packages to ensure they are delivered to drawings, specifications, and regulations. Coordinating subcontractor works to ensure progress, quality, and integration with the programme. Monitoring productivity of all workers under your remit to maintain output and standards. Tracking daily progress against the project schedule and reporting to the Project Manager. Managing labour, materials, and site deliveries to maintain momentum. Driving qualitysnagging, resolving issues, and closing out to ISO 9001 : 2015 standards. Liaising with clients to resolve queries quickly and effectively. Overseeing testing, verification, and certification before handover Position Requirements : Electrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification). 5+ years experience as a Foreman on healthcare and industrial projects (essential). Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce on live construction sites. Strong track record overseeing electrical installations. Experience coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets. Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and project delivery requirements. Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling. Full, clean driving licence.
