INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for : Job Title Senior Site Engineer Project New Build Residential Job Location Dublin City Salary €65K - €75K + package About the Company Leading Main Contractor with a reputation for delivering interesting and across Ireland valued up to €500M They require a senior engineer for a new high-rise development in Dublin City long term work in the area for an enthusiastic engineer who wants to work as part of a team to deliver high quality projects. They are keen to chat tosenior engineers who are looing to take the next step in their career with a clear path to Contracts Management. Ideally want to chat to people who have experience in engineering, overseeing packages, strong technical / design coordination abilities etc. Also open to chatting to strong senior engineers with technical knowledge of high rise and rc frame builds. The Role Checking setting out works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. Performing checks on the quality of works completed to ensure works are done to a high standard. Coordinate with design team, architects, design approval etc. Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning of daily tasks for the project. Supervise trades on site and act as a point of contact for subbies, architect and client. Ensure H&S standards are met and adhered to on site. Support the Project Manager and Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel. Requirements A Degree in Construction Management & Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline. 5+ Experience with a Main Contractor in ROI Must have experience in a Senior Engineer Role on RC Frame devleopments Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
