Work in a welcoming, resident-focused environment Lead and inspire a dedicated team of CNMs, nurses, and care staff Enjoy strong support from an experienced Director of Nursing Relocation support provided if youre moving to the area What youll bring : NMBI registration as a Registered Nurse At least 2 years management experience and 3 years in a nursing home within the past 6 years QQI Level 6 in Management or Leadership Post-registration qualification in gerontology and / or dementia care (desirable) A genuine passion for leading teams, supporting development, and delivering the highest standards of resident care What youll be doing : Overseeing care delivery, ensuring its tailored to each residents needs Driving high clinical standards through assessments, care plans, and audits Supporting and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Acting as a trusted point of contact for residents and families, ensuring a person-centred approach Collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing and wider multidisciplinary team If youre looking for a role where you can combine leadership with meaningful resident care, while enjoying the lifestyle and beauty of the Connemara region, this is the perfect opportunity.
