What Youll Be Doing : Ensuring all products meet food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements (HACCP, allergens, labelling, etc.) Monitoring production processes to guarantee consistency and top-quality standards Carrying out site audits and training production staff on SOPs and hygiene practices Overseeing supplier approvals, ingredient traceability, and non-conformance investigations Keeping up-to-date with food regulations and ensuring packaging meets compliance standards Supporting customers with technical queries and product-related concerns Preparing weekly reports on key quality KPIs for senior management Requirements : Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field Advanced HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent) 1+ years experience in a Food Technologist or QA role (ready meals / cook-chill experience a bonus) Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, BRCGS) A sharp eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional teamwork Whats On Offer : ?
