Opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to work within a local country pub & cafe in the heart of Allenwood village in Co. Kildare. Option of a 3 / 4 / 5 day week depending on candidates situation. Glennons is a vibrant cafe and lounge based in Allenwood village Position Overview : We are seeking Kitchen Asistant to join our team. They will be responsible for keeping the kitchen and washup area clean and tidy in line with our pubs concept and standards. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties include but are not limited to : Assist in all sections of the kitchen and to ensure smooth running of same To provide assistance in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene. Adhering to the rules of Health and Safety To ensure all areas are clean and tidy at all times Detailed knowledge of HACCP To assist in other areas when required.
