Financial Accountant

HireForce is delighted to be working with a reputable privately owned Irish construction company that has a requirement for a Financial Accountant to join their team at Head Office in Dublin City. The Financial Accountant will report to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for several critical functions within the companys finance operation. This role involves supporting and participating in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting processes, offering comprehensive exposure to the entire finance function. Responsibilities include : Preparing the monthly management accounts Review / preparation of monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Support the accounting process for the company Support and review of the daily accounting transactions Managing revenue reporting, recognition and analyses Ad hoc responsibilities as required Requirements : Qualified accountant, relevant industry experience preferred but not essential Ability to work independently, autonomously and to analyse and solve problems Be a team player and have a can do, helpful & friendly attitude Remuneration : A strong base salary, benefits, and a hybrid working model will be offered to the successful candidate.
