Main responsibilities

• Posting & Scanning of Purchase Invoices

• Distribution of Purchase Invoices

• Purchase Ledger Allocations

• Accountant tasks

• Creditor Reconciliations

• Invoice Filing

• Creditor Queries

• Assist in Monthly Payment Run

• Purchase Ledger Expense Coding

• Ad hoc duties as required

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts/Finance capacity in the automotive retail sector

• Excellent working knowledge of Irish Taxes

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Previous experience of Finance Systems is desirable

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

• A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to work
