Ultrasound Clinical Specialist

We are now recruiting for an Ultrasound  Clinical Specialist  for our Cherrywood centre, Dublin 18. This role will involve active participation in the provision of a high-quality, effective and efficient imaging service. The successful candidate will have excellent technical ability and communication skills, both verbal and written.

The position of US Clinical Specialist requires an ability to lead, guide and supervise staff in the US Department and to successfully manage service delivery on a day to day basis. An ability to manage in a rapidly changing environment and a willingness to undertake such additional duties may be assigned from time to time.

While carrying out the duties appropriate to a Sonographer in the department, maintenance of professional competence in other areas of the department is necessary as there will be a necessity for the post holder to rotate through other areas in the department.

Key Requirements :

• CORU Registration
• Ability to lead and guide a team
• Recognised Post Grad Qualification in US or,
• 4+ Years Experience in US in a large hospital setting
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Flexibility & Adaptability
• Commitment and understanding the importance of quality and safety
• Prioritising a high standard of patient care at all times is at the core of our Company
• Technically competent : high clinical and technical skill level.
