Zu Guide (Trainee Sales)- Zu Car Little Island, Cork Due to on-going growth, we are recruiting for dynamic individuals without a proven track record in car sales to join the Customer Experience team at Zu Car Cork.

Overview : What our Zu Guide (Trainee Sales) do differently is listen more than sales people working at other automotive retailers.

Lastly, our Zu Guides share our guest's passion for cars and love helping our guests get exactly what they want time after time.

You will be paid a salary, not commission.

Our Zu Guides are also incentivized on overall guest experience and dealer performance.

Here's what you'll do as an Experience Guide : Treat the guest as though they are a guest in your home.

Explain how our unique buying experience works and let the guest control the process.

Assist the guest in finding the right vehicle for them (physically or digitally).

Listen intently to what they're saying, then do whatever it takes to get them the car they want.

Using our valuation app, provide all information for the guest to simplify their trade-in process.

Help every guest go through their buying process at their pace.

Stay "in the moment" with your guest and make sure you're exceeding their expectations.

Celebrate with guests when they find their perfect car.

Treat your teammates with respect.

Keep an open mind about how we can constantly innovate.
