F&B Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Clybaun Hotel.

Objective of the Role : Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B Assistant will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities : Undertake general waiting & service duties of food & beverage.

Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.

Manage all customer requests in a timely & efficient manner Up-sell and maximize sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

Attend training sessions.

Follow cash handling procesures.

Other duties as required.

Must be available to work a flexible roster across 7 days including weekdays, evenings & weekends Requirements : Previous experience as a F&B Assistant essential.

Previous experience working in a bar is desired but not essential.

Previous hotel experience in a 3 / 4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.

Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
