Fitness Instructor & Lifeguard

Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel is currently seeking to recruit a confident, outgoing and professional Fitness Instructor to join the Team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellbeing and dedicated to creating a positive, motivating atmosphere for clients of all fitness levels.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Welcome and introduce new members to the gym, carrying out comprehensive inductions
• Design and deliver individualised training programmes tailored to members' goals
• Provide one-on-one and group fitness consultations, including personal training sessions
• Ensure the Leisure Centre, including the gym, pool, and changing facilities, is clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times-maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards is a vital part of this role
• Lead and instruct fitness classes with energy and professionalism
• Supervise the gym floor, ensuring equipment is used safely and maintained to a high standard
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support to both members and hotel guests
• Assist with the daily operations of the Leisure Centre, including reception duties and administrative support where required
• Promote health, fitness, and overall well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment
