Property Manager Full time office based in Dublin 2 Winners of Property Excellence Awards & Irish Agency of the year 2025 New development schemes. Background Our client is looking for a Residential Property Manager to join their busy, friendly team. This is a key role in delivering great service to clients, so theyre after someone proactive, solutions-focused, and happy to work closely with others in a fast-paced office. Package details: Base salary up to €65,000 (DOE) Annual bonus structure Pension scheme Bike to work scheme Mileage Free parking Key Responsibilities: Handle all tenancy administration for landlords, making sure leases, legal requirements, and company procedures are followed. Be the main contact for tenants throughout their tenancy. Create and share regular performance updates with stakeholders. Respond quickly to tenant questions and requests to maintain high satisfaction. Monitor rent payments, manage arrears, and follow up promptly on overdue accounts. Arrange repairs by sourcing quotes from contractors and overseeing the work. Organise tenant move-outs and manage utility transfers. Work with the Lettings Team to prepare properties for re-letting. Aim to achieve strong results in new lettings, occupancy, and lease renewals. Key skills required: PSRA Licence C and a property-related qualification required. Full driving licence and own car essential. Minimum 2 years property management experience. Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant law, RTB regulations, and statutory property requirements.
