We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team.

The roleOur sales assistants are our brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers.

They lead the store's success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand.

You'll interact with people each shift to help create their special moments through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

What to expect from the roleAchieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.Build rapport with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs and preferences.Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly in the store.Maintain high shop floor standards through merchandising and cleanliness.Operate the till system, handling transactions including returns and exchanges.The successful candidateWe seek passionate, motivated team players who enjoy expressing their individuality through styling Pandora jewellery and sharing ideas with customers.

The ability to see opportunities for achieving and exceeding sales targets, work well under pressure in a busy environment, and engage naturally with people is essential.
