Leisure Club Attendant

Description Lyrath Estate &Springhill Court Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Club Attendant to join the team for a casual contract up to approximately 32 hours per week.

About the Role : As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming experience.

Youll be the friendly face of our leisure club, assisting customers, maintaining facilities, and promoting our services.

The successful candidate must also have lifeguard training.

• ?The role is shift work and you must be available mid week and weekends.

Responsibilities : Greet and assistguests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Monitor the leisure facilities, including the gym, pool, and changing areas, to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Assist with setting up and tidying equipment for classes and activities.

Provide information onother services.

Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements : A passion for fitness and customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols (First Aid / CPR certification) Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Lifeguard qualification.
