REPORTING TO Sales Manager

The Role

You will play a key role in achieving sales budgets for current, and new, products and customers, building customer relationships for future growth.

Your role will be a mix of field sales and office-based sales work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

To Achieve Sales Budget By :

Maintaining and developing business with existing accounts through effective account management.

Generating and developing new business through Lead Generation and managing prospects through a sales process to win new business.

Identifying and targeting new products to bring to market which align with company goals (product quality, brand fit, competitive advantage, margin etc.,).

Providing marketing support by developing and driving marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a similar sales role.

Demonstrate a continued desire to develop in sales.

Enthusiastic and keen to learn.

A team player who can also work independently using their own initiative.

Outcome / Target driven.

Strong organisation and planning skills.

Effective communication skills.

Relationship building.

Familiarity with CRM software and computer skills.

Full clean driving licence.
