In this hands-on, field-based role, you'll put your mechanical expertise to work, helping motorists with on-the-spot breakdown repairs, vehicle recoveries, and home assistance, ensuring they're back on the road quickly and safely. Schedule Shift work including weekend availability What's on offer : Base Salary of €43,800 (with OTE of €50,000 - €60,000) Bike to work scheme Company pension Employee assistance program Employee discount Gym membership Sick pay The Ideal Candidate : Fully qualified Motor Mechanic with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate or equivalent. Proven experience in vehicle mechanical and electrical repair. Valid B driving licence (BE or BC licences are a bonus). Strong customer service and communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work 40-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results under deadlines. Duties : Perform safe and efficient roadside diagnostics and repairs for private and commercial vehicles. Assess repair options and coordinate garage or recovery assistance as needed. Safely recover vehicles when on-site repairs are not possible. Uphold professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer service at all times. Utilize communication systems effectively to ensure seamless operations. Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.
