Full job description Full job description The AA Ireland is actively recruiting new team member to join us! If you're ready for a new challenge, this is a Permanent, Full-Time, role based in Dublin-with full training provided.

As an AA Patrol Assist, you will support the effective operation of AA Member Services by responding to members' breakdowns.

This involves providing roadside assistance and recovery, both at members' homes and on the road, following established guidelines and operating instructions.

Your Role : Driving Excellence on Ireland's Roads Deliver best-in-class roadside repairs, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for our members.

Strategically assess and coordinate with the Rescue Centre to provide exceptional service.

Uphold AA's impeccable standards with a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain high standards for equipment and tools, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Who We're Looking For : Top Talent in Motor Mechanics Experienced : Experience working in a professional garage Practical Expertise : Ideally knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.

Driver's Licence : B licence essential; BE advantageous.
