Trainee Manager Newbridge Role Overview : We are delighted to announce an opportunity to become a member of the Store Management Team in Newbridge . This is a full-time position responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the store. Shift hours will be determined as the needs of the business dictate based on a 5 over 7 roster. Full training will be provided. Role Synopsis : The Trainee Manager role offers candidates the opportunity to gain substantial retail business management exposure and professional development. The appointed individual will work alongside the Store Management Team to ensure that the store achieves its defined KPIs. As a key member of the Management Team the successful applicant will be tasked with building on team motivation and development. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, coupled with the ability to display strong leadership and team development skills. The individual will have gained an excellent knowledge of retails sales operations and a track record of promoting superior customer service through product availability, store presentation and personal service.
