Cyber Security Engineer

My Client is actively looking for a Cyber Security Engineer for a long term daily rate contract. Hybrid working options are available for this role. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required : 5+ years of relevant working experience in the area of information security Significant experience working on complex technical environments and have worked on large network and security projects. Carries out technology deployments, building and deploying new Security infrastructure Maintain and promote security policies, standards and awareness Acts as a role model in executing governance and compliance policies and procedures and participates in audit reviews of same Advises and coaches more junior staff in the team Extensive knowledge of information security in general Broad hands-on knowledge of security tools including Zscaler Web Gateway, Web Application Firewall, IDS / IPS. Authentication systems and schemes Firewall solutions / Intrusion Detection / Prevention SIEM Tools AntiVirus solutions / High-Availability / Load-Balancing systems File system monitoring and alerting In-depth knowledge of network operating systems.
