Senior Accountant

Our client, a well-established business based in Cork, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a Qualified Accountant with5+ years experience working in andIrish Accounting Practice. Key Responsibilities : Independently manage a significant portfolio of diverse clients across accounts, audit and tax. Preparing working papers and financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and internal procedures. Leading and conducting audits across a broad client base. Preparing corporate and personal tax returns Actively manage work-in-progress (WIP), billing, and debtors within the client portfolio, ensuring optimal profitability. Maintain strong client relationships, managing client expectations, and proactively seeking client feedback. Delivering high-quality work in a timely, efficient, and professional manner Reviewing team members work, providing training and guidance. Requirements : ACCA / CPA / ACA Qualified 5+ years experience within and Irish practice environment Strong technical knowledge A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
