You will lead the FOH team and a keen eye for detail will be evident in everything you do.

- Excellent customer communication skills; in person, via phone and email
- To be a positive ambassador for our brand and values
- Sound planning and rostering skills
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- A strong understanding of HACCP regulations
- Ability to meet targets and work with financial budgets
- Sound computer skills
- A strong passion for and knowledge of Irish artisan food, with a keen interest in wine and specialty coffee.
- Previous experience in food retail, hospitality, or deli management
- A natural leader with great people skills - with experience of managing and motivating a team
- Able to effectively recruit, onboard and train team members
- Have a really keen eye for detail - ensuring the store always looks and operates at its best.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and enhance the customer experience.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
