Grocery Delicatessen Retail Manager

The ideal candidate four our Delicatessen Retail Manager will have a passion for food, coffee and exceptional customer service.

You will be at the forefront of helping us deliver a warm and friendly customer experience.

You will lead the FOH team and a keen eye for detail will be evident in everything you do.

• Excellent customer communication skills; in person, via phone and email
• To be a positive ambassador for our brand and values
• Sound planning and rostering skills
• Highly organised and able to multitask
• A strong understanding of HACCP regulations
• Ability to meet targets and work with financial budgets
• Sound computer skills
• A strong passion for and knowledge of Irish artisan food, with a keen interest in wine and specialty coffee.
• Previous experience in food retail, hospitality, or deli management
• A natural leader with great people skills - with experience of managing and motivating a team
• Able to effectively recruit, onboard and train team members
• Have a really keen eye for detail - ensuring the store always looks and operates at its best.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and enhance the customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
